When you create an account, we use Clerk to handle authentication and store your name and email address. We never store your password ourselves.
When you use the Homebuyer Readiness Score or Scenario Lab, we collect the financial information you choose to enter: household income, monthly debt, credit score band (a range, not your actual score), savings available, current rent, target price and location, buy timeline, veteran status, and employment type. This information is self-reported by you and is used only to calculate educational estimates.
We keep a history of your readiness assessments and saved Scenario Lab comparisons so you can see how your numbers change over time.
Your financial information is used to generate your Homebuyer Readiness Score, power the Scenario Lab, and, if you are matched with an assistance program, show you programs that may be relevant. None of this constitutes a loan pre-approval, a credit decision, or legal advice.
If you are working with an agent through our platform, your agent can see your readiness score, primary barrier, and pipeline status so they can help you move forward. Agents do not see other agents’ buyers unless they are an administrator handling a support matter.
We do not sell your personal or financial information to third parties. We do not share your income, debt, or credit band data outside of the homeownership tools in this product without your explicit consent for that specific use.
Assistance-program matching is educational only — we do not submit applications to program administrators on your behalf, and being shown a program is not a determination of eligibility.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your buyer profile and assessment history; some records may be retained where required for audit or legal purposes.
